Police Blotter: Bicyclist Hit by Car on Mayfield Road

A bicyclist was hit by a car at 1:46 p.m. Nov. 20 on Mayfield Road. Police said the bicyclist wasn't injured and the driver of the car, an 80-year-old Chesterland woman, was cited for failing to maintain reasonable control of her car.

A Blackberry Lane woman reported a theft from her house at 7:04 p.m. Nov. 16. She said someone stole two flower baskets from the front porch.

A two-car accident was reported at 2:38 p.m. Nov. 18 on Mayfield Road. A 28-year-old Parma Heights woman was cited for failing to stop in an assured clear distance ahead.
