Police Blotter: Diamond Rings Lost and Found
Information supplied by the Mayfield Heights Police Department.

A Chelmsford Road woman called at 3:50 p.m. Jan. 8 and said she realized that three diamond rings and a ruby ring were missing. She called back after finding the rings.
A Temple Avenue woman called police at 7:16 p.m. Jan. 9 and said she saw someone in her backyard at 2 a.m. She turned the lights on outside and the person left. She was leaving the lights on again at night and wanted an extra patrol in the area.
A Mayfield Road woman called police at 4:07 a.m. Jan. 9 and said her boyfriend was banging on her apartment door. Police arrested the man on a charge of disorderly conduct. She had called earlier – at 12:23 a.m. – and said he was pulling her hair and dragged her by the neck. At that time, she just wanted him to give up his apartment key.
A Jackie Lane woman called at 6:38 a.m. Jan. 8 and said someone just threw rocks through her kitchen window from the backyard. Police checked and didn't see anyone in the area.
