Police Blotter: Resident Says Friend Took Off With $1,100
Information supplied by the Highland Heights Police Department.

A Bishop Road man called at 7:24 p.m. Feb. 5 and said a friend took $840. He then said the amount was $1,100. He said the friend took the money after he went upstairs for a moment. The friend, who lives in Euclid, took off and the resident filed a theft report.
A woman was causing a disturbance by yelling about the food at 4 a.m. Feb. 5 at Denny's on Wilson Mills Road. Police told the woman and six patrons with her that the restaurant did not want them back.
Mayfield Village police called at 4:29 p.m. Feb. 4 and said someone lost a load of insulation in front of Home Depot on Wilson Mills Road. The truck was moved back into the parking lot and the customers said they will make sure it was loaded properly.
A man on a bicycle was scavenging the area for aluminum at 10:06 a.m. Feb. 2 on Bishop Road. Police told the man to stay out of residents' yards.
