Senior Living Facility Opens In Mayfield Heights

MAYFIELD HEIGHTS, OH — Anthology Senior Living has opened a new facility in Mayfield Heights.

The 164,000 square foot facility is on Landerhaven Drive and has 180 residences, offering independent living, assisted living and memory care. Rates start at $2,800, according to the company's website.

Anthology Senior Living launched in 2019 and has spread quickly through the U.S., now operating in 11 states. However, the Mayfield Heights location will look different than other Anthology Senior Living facilities.

"This Mayfield Heights community introduces an incredible new design approach, with high end finishes and modern lifestyle solutions adapted as a result of significant research across our entire organization," said Benjamin Burke, president of Anthology Senior Living.

The Anthology of Mayfield Heights is the company's first "Life Plan Community." There will be a single, main building and a small arrangement of cottages nestled between the residential and business districts of Mayfield Heights.

"It perfectly aligns with our philosophy of creating environments that promote holistic wellness and serve the evolving needs of our seniors over time. We are confident that the new residents of this community will receive a housing experience unlike anything that has been introduced in the State before," Burke said.

Grand opening events will be limited due to COVID-19, but leases are now being accepted.
