Skoda Minotti Acquires Information Technology Company

Mayfield Village-based announced the acquisition of PBNJ Solutions  for its Technology Partners services group.

As part of the deal, Paul Winkeler joins Skoda MInotti as principal. His work with PBnJ Solutions includes management services, telecommunications and data protection.

“Paul has a strong background that focuses on information security, mobile device integration, and storage solutions,” said Jim Sacher, CPA and partner-in-charge of the Technology Partners group. “We have worked closely with him for several years, and are excited to have him on our team full-time. We believe that his specific skill set will benefit our clients, contacts and company overall.”

Sacher said the Technology Partners group and PBnJ Solutions have shared responsibility on projects and realized their interests aligned well and Winkeler could bring skills that were needed.

"Paul has expertise in storage solutions. He has expertise with Apple systems," Sacher said. "He's probably the best network administrator in town."
