Snow Forecast To Hit Northeast Ohio Wednesday
The eastern portion of Northern Ohio could get 3 to 6 inches of snow during the day.
MAYFIELD — Snow could hit the northeastern portion of Ohio on Wednesday afternoon. The National Weather Service is predicting 1 to 3 inches of snow for the eastern tip of Cuyahoga County, during the day, and up to 6 inches in Geauga County.
Cleveland's eastern suburbs, which compose the western tip of the snow belt in northern Ohio, can expect between 1 and 3 inches during the day, the National Weather Service said. Another inch of snow could fall overnight, though conditions should clear up by Thursday.
The northern portion of Geauga County is under a winter weather advisory from the National Weather Service on Wednesday. The agency is predicting 3 to 6 inches of snow will fall in the area on Wednesday.

"Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute," the advisory warned.
An additional 2 inches of snow could fall throughout the evening and into Thursday morning. There's a small chance of snow on Thursday and Friday, though little to no accumulation is expected.
