Book Set In Shaker Heights Becomes TV Show With Reese Witherspoon
And Kerry Washington will also star. Both stars will helm the TV adaptation of "Little Fires Everywhere" by Celeste Ng.
SHAKER HEIGHTS, OH — Reese Witherspoon and Kerry Washington will star in a TV adaptation of the book "Little Fires Everywhere" by author Celeste Ng. The book takes place in Shaker Heights.
The story details two families with different socio-economic backgrounds that end up coming together through their children. Witherspoon described it as a story about "motherhood."
The production will be a limited series. All three women — Witherspoon, Washington and Ng — took to Twitter to celebrate the announcement.
