Copper Pipes Stolen From Vacant Home And Other Theft Charges

The following theft reports were filed with the Shaker Heights Police Department.

1. Breaking and Entering: On July 30, someone broke into a vacant home on Lytle Road and stole copper piping.
2. Breaking and Entering: On July 29, some called Shaker Police to report that a vacant home on Pennington Road had been broken into and copper piping had been stolen. There were no signs of forced entry into the home.
3. Bad Check: A 52-year-old East Cleveland woman was arrested and charged with using a fake check in Heinen's on Chagrin Boulevard. 
4. Theft: A car parked in a resident's driveway on Lomond Boulevard was broken into on Aug. 1. A cell phone was stolen from inside. 

5. Theft: A Lee Road resident called police to report that a bicycle had been stolen from the back porch of the home.
