Heinen's Rated Among Nation's Best Grocers By Consumer Reports

SHAKER HEIGHTS, OH — Heinen's has been rated as one of the best grocery stores in the nation.

Heinen's was one of only five grocery chains in the nation to get top marks in Consumer Reports' customer satisfaction category. All five of the grocery chains that achieved top marks were "regional" brands, according to Consumer Reports. Only one national chain got top scores in customer satisfaction: Trader Joe's.

Consumer Reports said they studied 96 grocers by surveying 75,000 Consumer Reports members. Those members were asked to rate the one or two grocers they visited most often.

Besides scoring top marks for satisfying customers, Heinen's was also lauded for its top-flight produce selection.
