Library Board affirms renovations are on time and on budget

The Shaker League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan organization. Members attend City, School and Library meetings and write observer reports. Here are the highlights of the Shaker Library Board meeting of May 17,2021.

• Renovation is substantially on time and on budget.
• Library closure will be needed toward the end of the renovation and will be scheduled later
• Approved the interagency agreement for Forward Together with the city and schools for joint facilities planning
• Revenues and expenses are tending in a positive direction.
