President's Day In Shaker Heights: What's Open, What's Closed
City hall and police administrative offices will be closed. Emergency services will still be operational. Trash collection is unaffected.
SHAKER HEIGHTS, OH - President's Day is Monday. Shaker Heights City Hall will be closed in observance of the holiday, as will the city's police and fire administrative offices. Emergency services will continue to operate throughout the city.
Trash collection will not be impacted by the holiday. Shaker Heights Schools will also be closed on President's Day. The school district will also be closed to students on Friday for a staff professional day, so Shaker students will enjoy a four-day weekend.
Shaker Heights library will be open on Monday. The library will host an event called "President's Day Fun at the Main Library." The event is open to the public and requires no pre-registration. Simply show up and enjoy some creative activities (the event is geared towards families).
