Roller Derby Returns To Euclid

From Burning River Derby: Cleveland’s premier flat-track roller derby league carries on with the second bout of the season. The final west side game will take place Saturday, April 28.

Burning River Roller Derby continues their season Saturday, April 28 with bout 2 versus Little Steel Derby Girls out of Youngstown, Ohio. Doors to the venue open at 5 p.m., and the first bout will begin at 6 p.m. At the first whistle of the night, the Burning River All Stars take on Little Steel’s Lawless Rollers. Playing second is your Burning River HazMat Crew against the Little Steel Rust Belt Rollers. In addition, Burning River Roller Derby is partnering with four local charities to encourage skaters, volunteers, and fans to give back to the community. Fans who donate to the charity of their choice will receive a chance to spin the BRRD prize wheel at all regular season games.

Meanwhile on the east side, the ice is melting and skaters are eager to set up shop at CE Orr
Ice Arena, where the league will play the rest of the season.
