The Shaker League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan organization. Members attend City, School and Library meetings and write observer reports. Here are the highlights of the Shaker Board of Education meeting of May 12, 2021. The Board:

• Heard public comments about Dr. JeffriAnne Wilder's resignation as Executive Director of DEI, as well as other senior personnel.

• Approved inter-agency agreement for the creation of a Joint Facilities Master Plan between Shaker Schools, Library and City.
