SHAKER HEIGHTS, OH — A Shaker Heights Schools official will leave the district for a position in the Revere Schools.
Micki Krantz, the director of secondary education, has been named assistant superintendent of the Revere Local Schools. Krantz appointment was approved by the Revere Board of Education this week.
“We want to thank Micki and wish her the very best in this exciting new opportunity,” said Superintendent David Glasner. “In her time in Shaker Heights, Ms. Krantzhas had a significant impact on our secondary schools and on our entire District.”

Krantz has been director of secondary education since 2019. In that role, she provided support for grades 5 through 12.
The district will begin seeking Krantz's replacement in the coming weeks.

“In the short time she has been in Shaker, Micki has been a valued member of our Learning & Teaching Team,” said Chief Academic Officer Marla Robinson. “Many, many students have benefited from her passion and expertise. We wish her well, and we will build on her work.”
