Variances were requested for the apartment complex proposed for the Van Aken district. Amon those requests are:
- First floor dwelling units: code requires a mix of uses and 50% of the first floor to be retail.
- 263 parking spaces, code is 275
- A 499 square-foot unit; code is 700 square feet
- 199’6” height for the eastern building and 165’6” height for the western building; code is 70’

goPuff, a business that warehouses convenience store items and provides 24-hour delivery service requested variances for a Lee Road property. The request was continued pending more information.
