The Ohio Supreme Court issued an order this week saying former Ohio senator Kevin Coughlin should be allowed to appear on the November ballot as a candidate for the Stow Municipal Clerk of Courts race, according to Coughlin's website.
Earlier this year the Summit County Board of Elections denied Coughlin's candidacy.
