Marhofer Rezoning gets First Reading at Council
Request to change zoning from residential to commercial set for two more readings
The controversial request by Marhofer Chevrolet owner Ron Marhofer to rezone three residential properties on Thorndale Avenue  to expand his business received a first reading at Stow City Council, Ohio.com reports.
