Sign Variance Granted for Bruegger's Bagels, Great Clips
Planning commission signs off on sign plan; council must also approve variance
The Stow Planning Commission has approved a variance request for a new monument sign at High Point Plaza, which is home to Bruegger's Bagels and Great Clips on S.R. 91 near Norton Road.
The planning commission voted 5-0 to grant the variance for the new sign, which will stand 8 feet tall with three panels for the tenants at High Point Plaza.
Stow City Council must approve the variance.

The new sign, which will be a total 41 square feet, will stand less than 10 feet from the S.R. 91 right-of-way and must be located at least 2 feet from a future sidewalk to be built along the road.Â
