STOW, OH -- Oh, you better watch out because Santa Clause and his Elves are coming to Stow's Kandy Kane Express Holiday Festival Sunday, Dec. 3 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Community members are invited to participate in activities such as cookie decorating, a mini-tree contest and much more.
