Weather Man Visits Stow School

Newschannel 5 meteorologist Trent Magill visited Highland Elementary School recently to talk about weather safety with students.

Students learned about weather monitoring machines, clouds, the process of a rain storm and more — in addition to hearing the importance of taking shelter during a tornado.  

Magill visited with second-grade teacher Anna Zampelli's class on the photos, but Magill presented to all second grade students at Highland.
