The City of Tulsa is pleased to recognize the many programs and agencies that have made a tremendous impact in the Tulsa community with the support of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funding.
Local development activities, such as affordable housing, home rehabilitations, demolitions, anti-poverty programs, youth programming, job training and other social service programs have been established in the Tulsa community from Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program, Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) funding.
