If the work is not completed this afternoon, the road closure will be repeated tomorrow until the work is completed.
For some periods during this time, traffic on 76th Street North will be limited to one lane during installation of the waterline.
The work at 2100 S. Garnett Road is scheduled between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. April 8.
The new route will stretch from Downtown Tulsa to East 21st Street and South 145th East Avenue.
Traffic will be limited to one lane in each direction in the work area.
All cars in the closed area should be moved before Friday at 10 a.m. TPD will tow any cars leftover in the area.
Union Avenue will be closed at this location from 6 a.m. June 18, until 3 p.m. June 19.
