A wind chill advisory is in effect for much of northeast, central and western Oklahoma. The advisory means frostbite and hypothermia can occur if precautions are not taken.
High temperatures are only expected to reach the teens to mid-20s for much of Oklahoma on Monday, with dangerous wind chills making temps 'feel' at or below zero. Temps will gradually warm to the mid- to upper-50s by the end of the week, according to forecasters with the Weather Channel.
