Work is scheduled to begin at Mingo Road, moving west as the project progresses. Lane closures will vary as needed; a minimum of one lane will be open in each direction. Left turns may be limited or restricted.
Access to all businesses will be maintained and marked with blue “Business Access” signs. City street projects show how sales taxes and property taxes are funding road improvements. Tulsans are encouraged not to avoid construction areas, but to support the area businesses throughout the construction project.
