Tulsa Waterline Work To Affect Traffic On April 7 & 8

Water Distribution personnel are scheduled to work on a 6-inch waterline at 3546 S. Marion Ave. on April 7, and a 12-inch waterline at 2100 S. Garnett Road on April 8. These projects will affect traffic near the work areas.

The work at 3546 S. Marion Ave. is scheduled between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. April 7. The intersection of 36th Street and Marion Avenue will be closed during this project. Posted detours on 36th Street direct motorists to take either South New Haven Avenue or South Louisville Avenue north to 35th Street to get around the closure.

The work at 2100 S. Garnett Road is scheduled between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. April 8. During this work, the right lane and right-turn lane on westbound 21st Street will be closed at Garnett Road.
