City of Hillsboro buildings and facilities are open to the public under COVID-19 operational precautions.
Air quality in the region has improved and City staff have removed and replaced the air inside buildings with clean, fresh air. Staff also have replaced all HVAC system air filters to ensure that healthy indoor environmental conditions are maintained.

Fire & Rescue, Police, Water, Public Works, and other essential City services have continued uninterrupted during the period of unhealthy air quality, as has the City’s website.
Hillsboro Civic Center
Utility Billing, Municipal Court, and Community Development services are open. The first, fourth, and fifth floors are open under COVID-19 pandemic operational precautions.
HPL To Go
HPL To Go at Brookwood Library and Shute Park Library is open from 12 pm to 6 pm.
SHARC
Shute Park Aquatic & Recreation Center (SHARC) is open under COVID-19 pandemic operational precautions.
