Abington Surgical Center Has Over 20 Years of History
Abington Surgical Center among the ambulatory surgery centers across the nation with more than 20 years and counting of service.
Abington Surgical Center, located at 2701 Blair Mill Rd in Willow Grove, has been counted as one of the Ambulatory Surgery Centers that have celebrated a 20th anniversary and still going strong.
According to an article Becker’s Ambulatory Surgery Centers Review, Abington Surgical Center is one of 30 such centers recognized in the article. The center opened in 1989 as an independent outpatient surgery center. It includes seven operating rooms and two rooms specifically for pain management procedures, and performs approximately 18,000 annual procedures.
The article did not list any other Pennsylvania Ambulatory Surgery Centers.
