Free Naloxone Distribution At Upcoming Montco Drive-Thru Event
The opioid overdose reversal drug will be available for free at the upcoming Montgomery County event.
WYNDMOOR, PA — An upcoming Montgomery County event will offer residents an opportunity to pick up free naloxone, the opioid overdose reversal drug.
The event will be held at the Springfield Township Community Center on March 27, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Attendees will receive a free two-pack kit of the drug, as well as instructions on how to administer it and how to recognize signs of overdose.

The event is organized by the Springfield Township Board of Commissioners and State Sen. Art Haywood.
The Community Center is located on 1200 E. Willow Grove Avenue.
