Montco's Adorable Pet Of The Week: Oreo Deserves A Home

ABINGTON, PA — Oreo, a outstanding model feline citizen of Montgomery County, is seeking new roommates.

This nine-year-old tuxedo cat was, once upon a time, a resident of the Montgomery County SPCA's Abington facility. He served his time here well, until one shining day some seven years ago when a family adopted him.

However, it was not meant to be.

"He was recently returned because his owners are moving but he doesn't get to move with them," the SPCA shared. "Sadly this is a very common reason for animals to be surrendered."

Oreo is now making it clear he is seeking a permanent housing situation. He is current on all vaccinations, and will receive a microchip before he's shipped off to his new dwelling.
