Morris Arboretum Invites Youth to ‘Lets Move! Be a Bug’

The Morris Arboretum will hold a kids and family friendly event on May 18 that focuses on the very active life of bugs.

The Morris Arboretum, located at 100 E. Northwestern Ave. in Philadelphia, invites children and families to a “Bug Boot Camp” May 18, from 11 a.m – 1 p.m., as well as each Saturday through August.

The Bug Boot Camp will feature physically fun activities for youth, such as learning how to crawl like an ant, hop like a grasshopper, float like a dragonfly and spin like a spider.

Parents and gaurdians are invited to participate in the activities with their kids, and learn the moves themselves.
