New Willow Pointe Luxury Apartments Start Leasing In Willow Grove
A total of 245 luxury units are now up for rent at the brand new Willow Grove complex.
WILLOW GROVE, PA — A new luxury apartment complex has begun leasing in Willow Grove.
Willow Pointe, located on 2405 Maryland Road just above the Pennsylvania Turnpike, is leasing 245 units at the newly opened complex.
"We’re thrilled to commence leasing for Willow Pointe,” Jonathan Kushner, president of KRE Group, the management company for the property, said in a statement. "The development pairs modern, spacious residences with a thoughtful collection of amenities, creating an unmatched approached to rental living in the area. We look forward to welcoming our residents to their new home."

Prices start at $1,236 for a one-bedroom apartment.
Willow Pointe includes one and two bedroom apartments, all of which feature a patio or balcony.Other features include in-home washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances, a clubhouse area, co-working space, business center, terrace with fire pits, fitness center and yoga room, cycling studio, outdoor swimming pool, trails, and green spaces.
