Fall Family Fun Nights at College Settlement

  • Only one group per time slot (Group- Max 15 people).
  • Minimum age 4.
  • Must have adult 21+ with group $10 per person.
  • Oct 8-31, 2020 Thursday, Friday, Saturday - 6pm, 7pm, or 8pm.
  • These are NOT scary hikes - they are educational night walks suitable for smaller children where you and your family can learn about your sense of smell, touch, and hearing that are more noticeable in the dark.

OPTION 1 -- 1 hour program Fall Forest Night Hike

Meet your host at the Parking Lot. Quick Orientation then staff led hike to the tree house trail where you will participate in a couple of night hike activities. The hike will be approximately 1 mile in length taking 30 minutes. The hike will close with a short hayride back to our Tween Creeks village where guests will enjoy a warm apple cider, and will be given a S'more kit to use over their campfire circle. Guests can stay up to 30 minutes to enjoy their S'mores by the fire.

OPTION 2 -- 1 hour program Creature Feature Night Hike

Meet your host at the Parking Lot. Quick Orientation then staff led hike where you will meet friendly forest friends (spider, owl, and bat) who will explain their cool niche in our forests. The hike will be approximately 1 mile in length taking 30 minutes. The hike will close with a short hayride back to our Tween Creeks village where guests will enjoy a warm apple cider, and will be given a S'more kit to use over their campfire circle. Guests can stay up to 30 minutes to enjoy their S'mores by the fire.

OPTION 3 -- 1 hour program Fall Hayride

Meet the host at the Parking Lot. Quick Orientation then Ride the hay wagon with staff member on wagon around camp and stop to participate in a couple of activities. Once back on wagon, ride to Tween Creeks where guests will enjoy a warm apple cider, and will be given a S'more kit to use over their campfire circle. Guests can stay up to 30 minutes to enjoy their S'mores by the fire.
