PA State Track Championships Results: Abington HS Competes

Athletes from around the state gathered in as the 2016 Pennsylvania state track and field championships got underway.

Several local athletes qualified for the meet and will be competing over the next few days. The results include several Lansdale area athletes from Souderton, North Penn, and Christopher Dock.

Local results through Friday afternoon are listed below. Athletes are listed by their event placing, name, year in school, school name, time, and a "q" if they qualified for the finals. Only athletes with the "q" after their name qualified for the final.

A capital "Q" indicates that a team or athlete qualified by merit of their place. The top 4 in each heat automatically qualify, in addition to the next four fastest times from either heat.
