St. Peter’s Glenside to Hold Huge Church Rummage Sale

St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, located at 654 N. Easton Road, will host its annual “Huge Church Rummage Sale” on April 12 and 13.

This weekend’s rummage sale is one of two such rummage sale events the church holds a year, with its profits benefitting the church’s outreach charities and nonprofit organizations. As previously reported on Abington Patch, such organizations include the local soup kitchens, the Girl Scouts and other local service ministries.

The St. Peter’s Glenside Church rummage sale will feature:

• Electronics

• Small furniture

• Tools, books

• Clothing for the whole family

• Toys and baby equipment

• All kinds of entertainment media

• Sporting goods

• Linens and household items

The April 13 sale will feature a special “Bag- Sale Day,” in which patrons may rummage and take away everything that fits into a bag for $3; two bags costs $5, while items that are too big for the provided bag costs half price.
