As of December 31, 2019, the contractor has installed all drainage on Tyson Ave. between Edge Hill Road and Bradfield Road and has started drainage between Bradfield Road and Easton Road. 90% of construction of concrete curb and sidewalk is complete on the south side of Tyson Ave. between Edge Hill Road and Carson Ave. Curb and sidewalk construction on the north side is complete up to Bradfield Road. Asphalt paving of the first two courses is complete on the north and south side of Tyson Ave. from Edge Hill Road to just west of Bradfield Road. The utility companies have completed relocation of water services to individual resident properties on Tyson Ave. Gas service relocations are continuing on Edge Hill Road. Utility pole and aerial service relocations will continue on Edge Hill Road. Installation of all three new drainage crossings under the SEPTA tracks is complete. Asphalt driveway and sidewalk adjustments continued on Tyson Ave. Reconstruction of other side roads is ongoing.

In January of 2020, the contractor will continue drainage construction on both sides of Tyson Ave. between Bradfield Road and Easton Road and start drainage construction on Edge Hill Road between Tyson Ave and Ardsley Ave. Water service, gas service and utility pole relocations will continue on Edge Hill Road. New concrete curb and sidewalk construction will continue on the south side of Tyson Ave. between Custer Ave. and Bradfield Road as weather permits. Two-way traffic will be maintained on Tyson Ave. between Edge Hill Road and Easton Road. Edge Hill Road will be detoured onto Tyson Ave. between Tyson Ave. and Edgecomb Ave.
