Ardmore Venue Planning Outdoor Concerts In July, August
The Living Room at 35 East in Ardmore is planning to host three outdoor concerts in July and August. See details on the shows here.
ARDMORE, PA — Live music is making a comeback, but in an outdoor setting, on the Main Line.
The Living Room at 35 East in Ardmore just announced The Living Room Outdoor Concert Series.
As part of the series, three concerts will be held at a private location in Ardmore.

The first show is Saturday, July 18 and will features Ben Arnold and the 48 Hour Horns with Rogers & Butler. Doors open at 3 p.m. and the show will begin at 4 p.m.
Then on Saturday, July 25 Greg Sover Band, Deb Callahan Band and Tree Rats will perform. Doors open at 2 p.m. and the show begins at 3 p.m.

The last show is slated for Saturday, Aug. 1 with Jeffrey Gaines with Matt Santry taking the stage. Doors open at 5 p.m. and the show starts at 6 p.m.
Tickets for each show are available now and cost $30 each. To buy tickets, visit the PayPal website here and in the notes section in indicate which show you want tickets for and how many tickets you want. A confirmation email will be sent after the purchase is made.
Before buying tickets, The Living Room at 35 East urges you to read the following:
- This event will be located outside at a private home in Ardmore. You will receive the address and all other pertinent information, including parking information, via email prior to the event.
- Every person who purchases tickets MUST buy tickets for their entire group in one transaction. All seating areas will be pre-assigned and the amount of space allocated for your group will be based on the number of people in your group.
- Mask-wearing and social distancing will be required on the property for all customers EXCEPT while on your personal assigned space. Please bring your own mask(s).
- Children are allowed with a parent or guardian but every child above the age of 2 must have a ticket and must wear a mask. Children must be able to conform to social distancing restrictions.
- All group spaces will be separated by at least 6 feet of space and there will be 6-foot walkways throughout the property.
- Please bring your own comfy chairs and your favorite blankie. You may also bring beach umbrellas for shade.
- You are permitted to bring your own food and beverages. Alcoholic beverages for patrons 21+ is permitted. You must drink all alcoholic beverages on the property. You may not leave the property with open alcoholic beverage containers. In an effort to maintain social distancing and food safety, we will not have food or beverage items for sale.
- There will be a port-a-potty available for your use. Hand sanitizer will be available at this location. We recommend that you bring hand sanitizer for your group if you want to have some at your assigned space.
- Customers will not be permitted on the stage or in the designated areas adjacent to the stage.
- We highly recommend advance ticket purchase due to a limit on capacity in order to maintain social distancing. We cannot guarantee that walk-up tickets will be available.
- We ask that nobody attend this event if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness.
- As per the guidelines above, which we will be enforcing, we believe that all attendees will be at low risk for infection. Everyone who attends this event does so at their own risk. The Living Room at 35 East assumes no responsibility if you subsequently become infected with Covid-19 or any other illness.
