Crime: Grinch Steals Christmas Stockings out of Vehicle

The Lower Merion Police Department reports that a resident of the 1400 block of West Wynnewood Rd. had Christmas Stockings and other gifts removed from an unlocked vehicle parked in his driveway sometime between 12:30 p.m. on Dec. 23 and 3:30 p.m. on Dec. 24.

The actor(s) allegedly removed multiple Christmas stockings containing approximately $250 in cash, checks and gift cards from the victim’s Chrysler Sebring, but left multiple packages behind.

The police continue to remind individuals to lock their vehicles when left unattended, regardless of where the vehicles may be parked.
