Driver Rescued From Crashed Vehicle In Lower Merion

Firefighters from the Belmont Hills and Gladwyne fire companies worked together to removed the trapped driver.

LOWER MERION, PA — A driver was rescued from a crashed vehicle in Lower Merion late Tuesday night, according to emergency responders.

The crash occurred near Mill Creek and Conshohocken State roads.

Belmont Hills Fire Company said more than 20 rescuers from its fire company as well as the Gladwyne Fire Company worked to free a driver entrapped in a vehicle after a crash.

Narberth Ambulance transported the driver to a hospital center.

The Penn Wynne Fire Company also assisted at the scene.
