The Chrysler then hit the center barrier and flipped over into the westbound lane, police said.

Three people were ejected from the Chrysler and while the victims laid in the road a white work van heading west hit the people laying on the highway, according to police.

Police said the van stopped but then fled.

The fleeing vehicle was a white work van, possible a Ram Promaster style vehicle, with tinted windows and heavy front-end damage, police said.

The driver is described as a clean-shaven white man in his 20s or early 30s, standing 5 feet 11 inches to 6 feet tall who was wearing blue jeans and a gray hooded sweatshirt.

Anyone who has information about the crash and the fleeing vehicle is urged to contact Troopers Martin Mack or James Lietch at (215) 452-5216.
