Lower Merion residents can comment on their light fixture and temperature preferences by emailing streetlightcomments@lowermerion.org by May 20.

When sharing thought, same which street you saw and which of the four light styles listed above that you prefer for that street.

Residents should not look directly at the lights.

"People do not walk or drive down a street staring up at streetlights the review is about how the light looks on the street, sidewalk (if any) and yards," the township said. The objective is to provide good lighting on the street and the sidewalk (if any) but not have a lot of light spilling into yards and houses. There is no need to travel to view all eight of the locations your thoughts on the one closest to you will be appreciated."
