Lower Merion Commissioners Vote on Controversial Ardmore Plans: Report
Board of Commissioners approved one tentative plan at contentious meeting

Lower Merion’s Board of Commissioners held votes Wednesday on a pair of highly controversial development plans, both on Cricket Avenue in Ardmore.
According to Main Line Media News, the board voted to approve a tentative plan for developer Ed Morris’ proposed development at Cricket and West Spring Avenues. A final vote will be held soon.
In addition, the board agreed to extend deadlines related to the Dranoff Properties’ mixed-use plan for further down Cricket Avenue. The Dranoff project was the subject of a lawsuit last month by the Save Ardmore Coalition.
