Pope Beer is On Tap in Ardmore

You’ve probably heard about the many specific Pope-themed beers that are being made available in conjunction with Pope Francis’ visit. Now, one of them is on top in Ardmore.

Holy Wooder, the beer brewed by Philadelphia Brewing Company, is a 9.7% Belgian style tripel, and is now tapped at Ardmore Beer Shoppe.

Holy Wooder is not be confused with the numerous other Francis-themed beers, including Jesus Wept, NOPE, Papal Ale, Pape-Ale, Papist Ale, White Smoke or YOPO (You Only Pope Once), as listed by the Daily News’ Joe Sixpack.
