Two Men Arrested Travelling To Delco For Sex With Minors: Report

Authorities have accused two out-of-state men of traveling to Delaware County for the purpose of having sex with minors, according to 6ABC.

The report states that Ralph Fisher, 37, from Elkton, Maryland, solicited an individual he believed to be a 15-year-old boy, but had actually been an undercover officer.

Fisher reportedly traveled to Delaware County intending to meet with the teen, and was arrested.

The second man, 51-year-old George Smith, hailing from Barberton, Ohio, convinced a 13-year-old victim that he was a college student, and that he wanted to meet with her, according to the report.

He, too, was arrested travelling into Delaware County.

Authorities have warned parents to be more proactive when it comes to knowing who their children are talking to online.
