Attempted Car Break-In Reported In Bryn Mawr

Police said attempted car burglars were scared off when a Bryn Mawr resident saw them on their property and came outside.

BYRN MAWR, PA — Radnor Township Police reported an attempted car break-in was thwarted when a Bryn Mawr resident saw people on their property.

The incident occurred Monday night on the 100 block of Meredith Avenue.

A resident saw three men near their property, who fled the area as they stepped out outside their home, police said.

Police determined they were near three vehicles, one of which was unlocked and had its doors open.

The resident determined nothing was taken from the vehicle.

Police said the men were described as being dressed in all black.
