'A Christmas Carol' Reading, Discussion At Gladwyne Library

Enjoy snacks and mulled wine at the library on Dec. 10 while listening to a reading of Charles Dickens' penultimate Christmas tale.

GLADWYNE, PA – It wouldn't be the Christmas season without enjoying some form of Charles Dickens' penultimate Christmas tale.

And the Gladwyne Free Library is hosting a special event where you can enjoy refreshments while listening to, and discussing, "A Christmas Carol."

The library will host Wight Martindale, Ph.D., professor of English Literature at both Villanova and Lehigh universities, who will read the story and lead a discussion.

Attendees will be able to munch on snacks and sip mulled wine at the special event.

The reading and discussion will be held from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 10 at the library, 362 Righters Mill Road, Gladwyne.
