Di Bruno Bros "Cheesemonger" To Present Cheese Class

Tommy Amorim is coming to the Ardmore Farmers Market to teach all about cheese

Di Bruno Bros and its official Cheesemonger will host a Cheese Class at Ardmore Farmers Market in September.

Tommy Amorim, Di Brunos’ “longtime Cheesemonger and Certified Cheese Professional.” Those attending will have a chance, according to the announcement, to “ taste the world through cheese.”

“Our cheesemongers will educate you on cheese families, flavor profiles, differentiating milk types, textures, fragrances, and more—all in a personal, small-class setting,” the announcement said. “Our professional cheesemongers will even give you wine and beer pairing suggestions in advance so you come to class fully prepared! Stay tuned for pairing suggestions.”
