Police Activity: Thefts, Car Crashes

 police responded to 201 calls the week of Aug. 6 through Aug. 12 throughout Bryn Mawr and Gladwyne, slightly down from , department records show.

During that week, police calls (which do not necessarily indicate arrests were made or charges filed) included:

• 1 incident of compromised identity
• 10 car crashes with property damage
• 10 reports of suspicious people, circumstances or vehicles
• 5 thefts, two of which were over $200
