Upper Darby Man Arrested, Charged In Theft From Vehicles: Police
Jeremy S. Baen was found to be in possession of stolen property after police say they found him hiding between vehicles and drunk in public.

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — A 44-year-old Upper Darby man was arrested and charged with various offenses after police responded to reports of a man attempting to enter vehicles in a restaurant parking lot in Villanova, Radnor Township Police announced on Monday.
Jeremy S. Baen was arrested and charged with theft from a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property, false identification to law enforcement and public drunkenness after being located hiding between two vehicles in the 700 block of E. Lancaster Ave. on Saturday, police said.
Witnesses told police that they had seen Baen enter an unlocked vehicle and remove items, police said. Police found Baen hiding between the vehicles and took him into custody without incident. He was found to be in possession of items later reported to be stolen to police, the department said.

After being charged and failing to post bail, Baen was taken to the George W. Hill Correctional Facility.
