Volunteers Sought For Garrett Hill Rosemont July 4 Parade

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — As the Garrett Hill Rosemont Fourth of July Parade nears, volunteers are still needed.

The parade needs people to fill various volunteer roles to make the event a success.

Volunteers are sought for roles such as program distributors, event breakdown, dunk tank operators, parade judges, and many more.

The parade begins at 10:45 a.m. at Conestoga and Williams roads.

You can register your child's bike or small float in the parade from 9:30a.m. to 10 a.m. the day of the parade. Bike and float judging will begin at 10 a.m.

Post-parade festivities — which will feature food, beverages, and entertainment for the entire family — will be held in Clem Macrone Park on Conestoga Road where the parade will end.

The event will conclude at about 2 p.m.

Ward 7 Commissioner Sean Farhy will be participating in a dunk tank, as well.
