Water Main Break Floods Homes in West Philly
The police and fire department have evacuated homes in the four block area of Wyalusing Avenue Sunday morning.

Residents in West Philadelphia have been evacuated from their homes after a massive water main break has submerged a neighborhood in water, according to WPVI.com.
The rupture occurred at approximately 5 a.m. Sunday morning, on the 500 block of North 52nd Street, from Wyalusing avenue to Westminster Avenue, Philly.com reports.
The police and fire department have evacuated the four block area around the break and sent the homeowners to West Catholic High School.

Crews from the city Water Department is on the scene working on shutting down the 36-inch pipe, according to NBC Philadelphia.
